All credit card information is encrypted during transmission, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology in our checkout process. No credit card information is stored on this site, all payment processing is provided by the Securepay Payment Gateway which is fully PCI DSS compliant.

Image Wear does not collect personal information unless it is necessary for us to carry out our functions and activities as a retailer. We only collect such information by lawful and fair means and in an unobtrusive way. You may provide us with personal information about yourself or others each time you contact us by phone, fax, letter or e-mail. We need to use this information to provide you with our services and/or products. This information will be used and managed as follows:
Disclosure of personal information and marketing:
We will use and disclose your personal information for the primary purposes of our business as a retailer or a purpose related to our primary purpose such as marketing, where you consent to such disclosure or such disclosure is permitted by the Act. In addition we use such information to market to you products and services offered by Image Wear unless you have indicated that you do not wish to obtain such marketing offers or material. Such a request can be made to our Privacy Officer. We will in such circumstance only use the personal information provided for the sole purpose of providing the service you have requested. Image Wear utilises the services of contractors for the delivery of our product, and as such your personal information will be provided to these contractors for the purpose of ensuring that our product is delivered to you as requested.
We will not otherwise provide your personal information to a third party without your approval. In the course of providing services for our customers, Image Wear collects personal information. Theses include:

Ensuring accuracy of the personal information we hold
We will reasonably attempt to ensure that the personal information we hold about you is accurate, up to date and complete. To assist us to do this please provide us with the correct information and inform us if your details have changed. This can be done by providing us with details of any changes to your information by fax or e-mail. If we deny you access or deny a request for correction we will provide you with reasons why we have denied you access or corrected such information in the circumstances.
Image Wear Privacy Complaint Process
If you are concerned with the way Image Wear has handled your personal information; please contact our Privacy Officer with your complaint. We will make available to you a privacy complaint form, which you will be required to complete and return to us. This will ensure the prompt investigation of your complaint. If we have not handled your personal information in an appropriate way we will take steps to remedy your concerns promptly.
If you are still concerned, you may contact the Privacy Commissioner.
Lead times may vary for most of our made to order garments that are specifically manufactured for you under the Image Wear label. Please contact us if you require your order urgently. We will try our best to send your order to you as quickly as possible.
Most orders take approx 20 working days to be produced for you, unless the item is in stock. Some made to measure garments may take a little longer to produce.
If you require your garment to be embroidered then we will require artwork from you and a cost will be provided to you for set up etc. You will also receive a sample of your embroidery for approval once we have received your sign off to progress with your garment order.
For National Shipping, all items are sent using couriers or Australia Post with an overnight or express service. This usually has a guaranteed next day delivery (this may vary depending on the destination).
Delivery costs will depend upon the amount of items ordered and the destination. We will contact you to advise you of these costs.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Small orders posted via Australia Post can be delivered to PO Boxes, however larger orders will need to be delivered via our courier company that has a door to door delivery service which requires a signature on delivery when sending items nationally, the courier company will not deliver to PO box addresses. If using a business address, please provide the name of the business to ensure the package is delivered safely.
Can I track my parcel online?
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will be contacted by one of the Image Wear team with a tracking number so that you can track the progress online.

Image Wear’s policy
Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns for change of mind or for purchases of incorrect sizing. Items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.
If an item is faulty, please return it in original packaging within 24 hours of receipt to be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which have been used or worn or are damaged or soiled. If we receive items by way of return which are used, worn, damaged, soiled or do not have the Image Wear tags attached we will not accept the return, the refund will be refused and the item returned to the customer.
Stock items that are not branded with the Image Wear tag maybe exchanged only if they have not been embroidered. They must be returned with tags and bagging intact within 24 hours of receipt.
Faulty goods and repairs
Due to the delicate, made-to-order nature of some of our garments we do not accept returns for change of mind or for purchases of incorrect sizing. Items which are damaged in the course of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be accepted for return.
If an item is faulty, please return it in original packaging within 24 hours of receipt to be refunded.
Any garments that have been embroidered cannot be returned.
If you would like to return a faulty item, we will accept the item and repair it in the first instance. Until goods are returned to us, they are your responsibility until they reach us. For this reason, you must ensure that you package a return to prevent any damage to the items. If we are unable to repair the item, we will accept a return of a faulty item and replace the item, in the same size, subject to availability. If we are unable to offer a replacement item, we will accept a return of a faulty item and offer a credit note for the purchase price of the item Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or redirect orders once they have been processed.
Colours in our collection
The colours of our garments, accessories and other products are shown as accurately as possible on our website. We understand, however, that computer monitors vary and we therefore can’t guarantee that the colour on your monitor will match the colour of the garment.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery charges vary depending on the destination.
For all deliveries within Australia or New Zealand there is a $20 delivery charge.
For National shipping, all items are sent using Toll Couriers with an Overnight First Class service. This has guaranteed next day delivery (this may vary depending on the destination). This is a door to door with an online tracking service, requiring a signature on delivery.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we do prefer it if you are able to make an appointment particularly if you feel you need some time to discuss your requirements with one of our experienced sales team. We are able to assist you with concepts for your business, taxation benefits, embroidery designs and fabric choices.
However you are more than welcome to pop into our store anytime between Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm to view the showroom and try on samples.
What are our lead times?
For Image Wear produced garments we usually have a 20 working day lead-time but this depends on the availability of the fabrics and trims and relates only to Image Wear produced garments.
Other stock garments can be delivered within 5 working days if they are in stock in our warehouse. If you require your garments sooner than this, then please contact is and we will try to assist you.
Are you Made to Measure?
Yes as well as providing stock sized garments manufactured in your fabric and colour choice, we also specialise in made to measure garments. We have dressmakers’ onsite that are able to manufacture garments specifically to suit your figure shape.
Many of the Image Wear produced garments are also available in stock sizes from sizes 4 – 28 and are available for try on to ascertain your size.
You are welcome to visit the showroom to try on garments or we can ship samples to you for try on.
Do you have an alterations service?
We do offer an alterations service for our garments. This can include hem sleeve, waist and bust adjustments. This service is not offered for items that are not manufactured by Image Wear.

Are the Image Wear garments Australian made?
All of the Image Wear manufactured garments are designed and made in our production workrooms at Kent Town in South Australia.
